  • Gift cards: These cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Ensure that all accessories, parts, and manuals are included. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a suitable alternative to ensure the item is protected during return shipping.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely.

  4. Return Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return. If approved, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Exchanges
